Experience is what matters when you’re searching for a REALTOR.  Tod Wesemann has the experience to help you find your next dream home.  As a Monroe County REALTOR for over 10 years, Tod has worked with many clients with their biggest investments.  He specializes in residential, farm, land / lots and investment properties.  Tod’s knowledge in the auction business also sets  him apart from the rest.  He has held his Indiana State Auctioneers License since 1979.  He grew up in the auction business and helped local and state farmers market livestock.  Since then he has auctioned off everything from personal property, farm equipment, livestock, cars and real estate; helping him to obtain a vast knowledge in fair market values and excellent negotiating skills.  In the past, he was also the assistant manager at the Indianapolis Livestock market for several years.

His passion for real estate stems from the years he watched his grandfather work as a local realtor.  Years later, he decided to put that passion to work for others.  He enjoys helping people discover their dreams of homeownership and making that a reality.  He has worked hard to educate himself and his clients on the most current market trends and events. 

Tod was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana.  He thinks there is no better place to raise a family than Monroe County.  He has been married to his lovely wife Lisa for 25 years and together they have two beautiful children:  one son named Levi and a daughter named Sarah.
