Georgia is dedicated to the closing, a very important phase of the real estate transaction. Once an Avenues’ realtor has a signed sales contract in hand, it’s Georgia who’s in charge! In addition to coordinating all of the details of closing the contract, she keeps clients informed of all activity including upcoming deadlines and answering questions. In short, Georgia is the touch point for clients as the transaction proceeds to its conclusion.

Georgia is also a realtor and is fully credentialed to show homes and answer real estate related questions.
